Illustration of an alpine landscape with an airplane in flight and a circular portrait of a man. The printed text relates to the glorious but fatal flight of Peruvian aviator Géo Chavez on September 23, 1910, who mortally injured himself upon landing in Domodossola after crossing the Alps. The reverse contains an advertisement for Nyrdahl candies and a doctor's advice, with an address to Paris.
