Description

View of the historic castle of Azay-le-Rideau, dating from the 16th century, showing its northern entrance with its mullioned windows and carvings. The reverse has handwritten text indicating a journey and an address in Lille, with a 20-centime French postage stamp and a postmark from Charet-Loirat dated August 27, 1907.
