Black and white view of a corner of old Bar-le-Duc, showing a paved street flanked by old houses and a stone tower in the center. On the reverse, a handwritten inscription dated January 1909 addressed to Alger, with a French postal stamp from 1909 and a dispatch postmark from Bar-le-Duc (Meuse).
