Black and white view of a historic gate surrounded by trees, with a clock at the top and a bicycle on the right. The reverse indicates the publisher 'Pyr. Océan - Toulouse', a handwritten correspondence dated 15 May 1956, and an 8-franc stamp depicting Marseille cancelled at Barbotan-Station.
