Two French sailors at a rocky observation post, one hoisting a flag, the other holding a telescope, with a ship and mountains in the background. Back: postcard dated 24 March 1913, sent from Taulon to Madame Aubrieu in Marseille, with handwritten text and a partially faded blue-green stamp.
