Illustration showing the explosion of the ship "Liberté" in Toulon Harbor on September 25, 1911, with printed text indicating approximately 400 victims. Reverse: handwritten correspondence dated 1914 addressed to Mr. Cotillot in Saint-Étienne, with a mention of the mailing from Toulon and a cancellation stamp "Toulon".
