Description

Postcard showing the wreckage of the ship "Liberté" (14,868 tons) after its salvage in the harbor of Toulon on September 25, 1911, causing about 400 victims. The back features handwritten correspondence addressed to Mr. Jean Weber in Pas-de-Calais, with a postage stamp and a Toulon cancellation.
