Colorized postcard depicting the cruiser "Ernest-Renán" at sea at dusk, with its name and characteristics printed at the bottom. Reverse: handwritten letter dated August 7, 1915, sent from Toulon to Joseph, mentioning a visit to the Sainte-Anne hospital in Marseille and a reflection on military hospitals.
