Description

A sailor in uniform, with mustache and decorated hat, holds a mandate on the deck of a ship. The printed text on the front says: 'At last here is the awaited mandate. At my request, it was therefore answered.' The back has handwritten writing and the recipient's address to Dijon, with the indication 'Cartolina postale' and 'CARTE POSTALE UNIVERSELLE'.
