Description

Postcard showing the wreck of the ship "Liberté" (14,868 tons) on September 25, 1911 at 5:55 a.m., causing approximately 400 victims. The ship is in pieces in the harbor of Toulon, with cranes and boats nearby. On the reverse, the publisher is R. Le Doly, Paris, and a warning states that correspondence on the front is not accepted by all foreign countries.
