Description

Postcard showing the battleship "Liberté" of the French Navy, with inscription indicating its destruction in Toulon harbor by explosion on 25 September 1911, at 5:55, causing approximately 400 casualties. On the reverse, handwritten address to Madame Gruillet in Bressan, by Cybears, with a Nice postmark dated 1 October 1911 and censorship stamp.
