View of the port of Le Tréport with a steam tugboat crossing the locks, emitting a lot of smoke, under a metal bridge. In the background, the town extends over a hill with a church with a bell tower. On the reverse, a handwritten letter addressed to 'Chéri' and 'Chéri' in Paris, dated July 27, 1917, with a handwritten address to 'Le Tréport'.
