Illustration of a large transatlantic ship, the "FRANCE", with its four smoking chimneys, sailing at sea. Printed text indicates its characteristics: 27,000 tons, 220 meters long, 23 meters wide, speed 23 knots, crew of 600 men and 2,000 passengers. Reverse: handwritten correspondence addressed to Mrs. Maurice Heindry in Paris, dated 1923, with a postage stamp and postmark from Le Havre.
