On the reverse, a handwritten note dated Tuesday, May 30, 1922, sent from Marseille-Gare to Paris, with a blue stamp and a Marseille station cancellation. The recipient is 'M. Bugeaud' in Paris, with a mention of the Marseille Colonial Exhibition (April–November 1922).
