Postcard showing two steamships at dock in Rotterdam: the S.S. De Sloterdijk H.A.L. at the top and the S.S. De Rijndam H.A.L. at the bottom, with port facilities in the background. The reverse has a handwritten note indicating that the S.S. Sloterdijk was built in 1902 in West Hartlepool, belonged to the V.R.H. Thomson, and was destroyed in 1932. The publisher is J.H. Schaefer, Platinotype Edition, R. 23.
