View of the Port-Vendres harbor with the steamer "Medjerda" from Oran arriving, smoking amidst port buildings and sailboats. The reverse has a handwritten address to Bénicassat (Loire-Inférieure) and a green 5-centime stamp canceled in Saint-Étienne on October 3, 1923.
