Scene of pay distribution on board the ship 'St.-Dominique', with an officer handing out bills to a sailor sitting at a table, surrounded by other sailors. On the reverse, handwritten correspondence dated November 5, 1905, addressed to Mr. Forest in Lyon-Vaise, with a 50-centime postage stamp and a cancellation mark 'LYON A MORNANT'.
