Description

Postcard showing the ruins of the 15th-century chapel Notre-Dame du Mûrier and the 17th-century Tour Saint-Guénolé in Batz-sur-Mer. The printed text recounts the history of the chapel built by Lord Rieux de Rannouët after his liberation from the English. On the reverse, the publisher is identified as F. Chapeau, publisher in Nantes, with lines for the address and a handwritten annotation '44'.
