View of the Cour d'Honneur of the Hôtel-Dieu in Beaune, one of the earliest buildings of the 15th century, founded in 1443 by Nicolas Rollin and his wife Guigone de Salins. The Gothic architecture with tiled roofs and timber framing is highlighted by a central garden and lampposts. The printed text mentions the publisher Ronco, aîné, and the location in Beaune (Déposé).
