View of the Cour d'honneur of the Hôtel Dieu in Beaune, with its Gothic buildings with tiled roofs and arcade gallery. On the reverse, handwritten correspondence dated September 8, 1907, sent from Beaune to Dijon, with a red 10-centime stamp and a postmark from Chaudey (Côte-d'Or).
