Detailed illustration of an astronomical clock by the Beauvaisian watchmaker Vérité, dated 1866 under the Second Empire, with 52 dials indicating hours, days, weeks, lunar phases, months, sunrise and sunset, and 90,000 parts with 50 animated figures. Reverse: handwritten message addressed to 'Little Academician' by J. Léonard, with signature and postage stamp.
