Black and white view of the Departmental Museum in Beauvais, an imposing neo-Renaissance style building with slate roofs and ornate architectural details. The reverse features handwritten correspondence dated July 27, 1939, addressed to a 'dear sister,' mentioning recent events and travel plans to Italy. The postmark and cancellation are illegible.
