Description

Monumental statue by A. Mercié depicting a woman holding a child, located in Belfort. The base bears the inscription « DÉPARTEMENT DE BELFORT ». On the reverse, handwritten correspondence addressed to Maurice D. Nau in Bournan (Seine-Maritime), with a 10 pfennig German postmark and a cancellation stamp from Strasbourg (ALS) dated December 14, 1909.
