Statue of the Lion of Belfort, a monument to the defenders of the city during the war of 1870-71, measuring 22 meters long and 11 meters high. Reverse: postcard dated 13 July 1917, sent to Mrs. Porteau in Appoigny, with a handwritten letter signed 'Pierre'.
