Postcard showing the Lion of Belfort, a monumental sculpture by Bartholdi, 11 meters high and 22 meters long, dated 1870. The reverse has a handwritten address to Mr. and Mrs. Beaugrand in Strasbourg, with a postmark from Belfort dated July 1, 1917, and an inscription 'Greetings from Belfort'.
