Postcard illustrating the Lion of Belfort, a monumental sculpture by M. Bartholdi, measuring 22 meters in length and 11 meters in height, inspired by the colossi of ancient Egypt. The reverse bears a handwritten correspondence addressed to M. Mouhuard in Marseille, with an address in Luxembourg, and a green 5-centime stamp canceled on 15-10-1912.
