Description

Monumental statue of the Lion of Belfort, work of Bartholdi, measuring 22 meters in length and 11 meters in height, carved into a rock. Printed text on the front indicates the dimensions and the publisher. Reverse: handwritten correspondence dated 1911, addressed to 'My Dear Cousin', with an incomplete address and a signature 'Paul'.
