View of Dinant showing the City Hall and Post Office reflected in the Meuse, with an inscription at the bottom indicating the artistic series. The reverse has a handwritten address to Madame G. Clavières in Bordeaux, a green 5-centime stamp, and a cancellation mark from Dinant dated July 26, 1903.
