View of Ostend's Grand Place with a central kiosk, pedestrians, and a horse-drawn carriage. On the reverse, a handwritten letter dated 14/10/1914 addressed to Madame Coeur in Paris, mentioning the Rue de la Chapelle. A red 5-centime stamp canceled in Paris.
