Colored view of the Ostend Kursaal, nicknamed 'Petite Nice', with a crowd on the beach and terraces in the foreground. The reverse features a handwritten letter to Madame Severent in Paris, a 1 franc Belgian stamp, and a postmark from Ostend dated July 25, 1901.
