Black and white view of the Rhône waterfall at Bellegarde in summer, with a steamboat in the midst of turbulent waters and rocky banks. On the reverse, a handwritten address to Monsieur Armand Levite at Batty, Lor Leyssel, Saran, with a green 5-centime stamp and a postmark from Basel dated July 18, 1918.
