Description

Black and white view of Benares (Varanasi) with its ghats and a minaret overlooking the Ganges shore. The printed text at the bottom of the front reads 'BENAROS'. On the reverse, a handwritten address for 'Mr. Jagm Singh' in Paris, France, with a postal stamp from 'Mumbai' dated '1936' and an Indian stamp.
