Description

Color illustration of a sacred landscape in Benares, with temples and ghats along the Ganges River, and a few people in traditional attire. On the reverse, a postcard sent from Toulouse on December 9, 1908, with a 5-centime postage stamp and handwritten address to Mr. Blainvau in Autube. The reverse also mentions an advertising service by the company 'OCEAN' in Paris.
