Sepia-toned view of a high tide at Berck-Plage, with powerful waves breaking against a protective wall under a cloudy sky. Reverse: postcard sent in 1938 from Hombleux (Somme) to Hocelleilles (Seine-et-Oise), with a blue 65-centime stamp and handwritten text signed by Marguerite Michel.
