Panoramic view of Besançon Citadel, built in the 17th century according to Vauban's plans, with inscription mentioning Louis XIV's reaction. The reverse indicates the publisher I.P.M. Paris and the postcard model number. Postmark and cancellation from Besançon, Doubs, dated May 14, 1915.
