Description

Postcard showing the Palace of Justice in Besançon-les-Bains, dated to the 16th century and former Parliament of Franche-Comté, with an imposing architecture and a central portal. The reverse features a handwritten address to V. Rougatamba in Cameroon, a 15-centime green stamp from Pasteur, and a postmark from Dijon dated October 27, 1950.
