View of the Palais Granvelle in Besançon-les-Bains, dated 1920, showing an inner courtyard with a statue on a pedestal surrounded by a fence, and arcaded buildings. On the back, a handwritten letter addressed to 'My dear Annie' from 'Selj' to 'Maurice Grand' in Besançon, with two stamps of 5 and 12 centimes, canceled at 'Besançon' and 'La République'.
