Description

Black and white aerial view of Besançon-les-Bains (Doubs), showing the city bordered by a watercourse and bridges. On the reverse, handwritten correspondence addressed to Mrs. and Mr. Pacaud in Loire, with a postmark from Coucy-le-Château-Auffrique dated 27 May 1956. Three French stamps are affixed: an 8F depicting La Vallée de Sainte-Anne and two 2F with the coat of arms of the Republic.
