View of a vehicle on a road nestled in the Gorges du Cians, beneath a large rocky promontory, with the inscription 'BEUIL (A.-M.) — Gorges du Cians - Les Tunnels.' at the bottom. Reverse: 25c stamp, Beuil (Alpes-Maritimes) dispatch postmark of 7 July 1929, addressed to M. P. Fenat in Gréoux-les-Bains (Alpes), with handwritten sender's note 'Bonfocur de Beuil' dated 7 July 1929.
