Vibrant view of La Grande Plage in Biarritz with a crowd of swimmers and visitors by the water, in front of seaside buildings and covered terraces. On the reverse, a handwritten address to Madame Marelly Morand in Cambourg, with a green 5 centime stamp and a postmark from Bayonne dated 6 April 1840.
