Pictorial view of the Rocher de la Vierge in Biarritz under stormy weather, with crashing waves and a metal pier. On the reverse, a handwritten correspondence addressed to Monsieur Edouard Souci, 28th Infantry Company, with an obliterated Biarritz postmark dated 10-15-22.
