View of the Virgin's Rock in Biarritz, with a metal bridge connecting the cliff to a promenade, where several people are walking under a cloudy sky. The reverse contains a handwritten letter dated December 31, sent from Bayonne, and an address to a recipient in Biarritz. The stamp and postmark are visible at the bottom right.
