View of Villa Belza perched on a rocky promontory in Biarritz, with the Basque coast in the background. The reverse side features a handwritten correspondence dated July 26, 1845, sent from Biarritz to Paris, with a 15-centime postmark and a cancellation 'BIARRITZ BASQUES'.
