Description

Black and white view of the lighthouse in Biarritz overlooking the sea and the new gardens below, with a staircase path. On the reverse, a handwritten address sends the card to Mrs. Noël Roger in Romilly-sur-Ornay, with a greeting message. A blue 18 franc stamp is affixed at the top right, and a circular postmark from Biarritz dated 30-3-1952 is visible. The publisher is indicated at the bottom: 'Cie des Arts Photomécaniques - Biarritz'.
