Description

View of the Rocher de la Vierge in Biarritz under a turbulent sea, with a metal bridge connecting the cliff to the rock and visitors on the bridge. On the reverse, a 25-centime postage stamp of the French Republic canceled in Biarritz on September 28, 1928, with handwritten text on the left side and the recipient's address in La Roche-sur-Yon.
