Black and white view of fishermen fishing from a dock at the foot of the Biarritz lighthouse, with powerful waves in the background and rocky cliffs. On the reverse, a handwritten letter dated August 16, 1929, addressed to 'Miss Amélie' in Biarritz, with cursive handwriting and a visible coffee stain.
