Description

Black and white view of the Méramar perspective in Biarritz, with buildings on a cliff and a promenade along the sea. On the reverse, a handwritten letter dated April 22, 1928, sent from Biarritz to Champigny-sur-Marne, with a 5-centime postmark and a cancellation from Bordeaux.
