View of the beach in Biarritz with the Rock of the Virgin and a metal bridge connecting the rocks. Swimmers are in the water and on the rocks. On the reverse, a handwritten letter addressed to 'Monsieur Jean Dupuy at the College' in Pout-Levay, with a 20-centime postmark and a Biarritz cancellation of June 22, 1937. The publisher is 'Éditions Artistiques Raymond Bergevin - La Rochelle - 20456'.
