Dramatic view of a storm at the Rond-Point du Rocher de la Vierge in Biarritz, with crashing waves and two silhouettes observing the scene. On the reverse, a handwritten address to Madame Rolland in Aix-en-Provence, a 25-centime green stamp, and a postmark from Biarritz dated October 25, 1927.
