Panoramic view of Biarritz beach with its rocks and coastal buildings, dated around 1930. The reverse side bears a handwritten letter to Madame L. Pecnaud in Brest, with a 20-centime postage stamp and a cancellation mark from Biarritz dated September 23, 1930.
